Verizon recently changed their website so I can no longer see if I have voicemails or listen to them online.
When you go to Account/ Account overview/ Phone/ Manage your phone/ Voice Mail, you get the orange message ‘We are experiencing delays in processing your request. Please try again.’
Have spent hours chatting and was told they are aware of the problem and are working on it, but it has been some time and has never been fixed. The service and the rest of the website are fine, it is only this website option which no longer works.
I have FIOS, and it looks like the change only affects users with FIOS Voicemail. They say they can see them on their end and there may be something wrong with my profile, but have fixed my profile and the problem continues. I have cleared cache and done all they asked and the problem continues. They sent me a temporary link starting with www36.verizon.com which later had FIOS and that showed a totally different screen designed for FIOS than the one with the link I have been using for many years.
I think the only way they can resolve this issue would be to take control of my PC and trouble the issue themselves, but they do not seem to have a way to do that, as other sites do.
If anyone else is having this problem, please report it.
