Can't access call log text history 4/13

on Tuesday 4/11/2023 i was able to see all lines call history, text history and data usage history for the past 3 cycles. I then log into the app and web version on the computer and now all i can see if current usage for this cycle and previous data usage for the past 3 cycles. Why does Verizon have to make these stupid changes? No one likes when you take these features away. Now no where am I able to find out the number of text message usage on a line and I can only view call detail usage on the view bill section that i can't put into a spreadsheet that i am able to filter out things I don't need. Please fix this feature.. Chat was no help.. They just kept sending me back to where it was before what ever update they did.

I did PM customer chat when I couldnโt access it for a few days.. they kept sending me to the same links I was pulling up. That is why I uploaded a picture of the previous usage page to show what it now is only providing.
