Hello, have any one had issues with verifying your identify? The account i am on got paricually locked because of the stupid verification, the horrible customer service say the same thing and can not provide details on why they can not verify. They send push notifcations to our phones, and we accept. I am an account admin that suppose to be able to do some of what the account holder can do and they will not speak to me about nothing. The primary account holder keep calling them and they can not even verify him because of the stupid system. We have spoke to the fraud team and everything. It all started beacuae we ordered a new phone and ported a number over which is so stupid. This company has the worst support ever.
