I need help cancelling the automatic renewal of my NFL Sunday Ticket that is sold through the Verizon +play service.

I have not received any messages regarding this service. I received the service as a promotion for becoming a new Verizon customer prior to the start of this NFL season. I no longer want the service and do not want to be charged for it at all. I appreciate any help you can provide in cancelling my subscription prior to renewal.

Your response contradicts the notice provided on the "Manage Your Subscriptions" page. It clearly says "Subscriptions auto renew until canceled." See screenshot. The info fly-out says it must be cancelled at least 1 day prior to renewal. Are you unable to cancel the automatic renewal for me? If not, can you direct me to someone who can?
Was just able to cancel mine. You can’t do it on the app. You need to go to YouTube’s website. Click on your account in the top right -> purchases and memberships -> prime time channels -> cancel subscription. Hope this helps
No, they don't tell you till a month later that they tried to put full amount through. 508.00. It's a good thing they never got my money. Since signing up w new fold 5 last year.
