Cant access a closed account

After porting out, I have lost access to my account. I have tried the posted links, and the links verizon has in the FAQs and I am unable to access my account, bill, or subscription services.

We're sorry to hear you are no longer part of the Verizon family, Eoledga. You can still access your disconnected account by logging in with your username and not your 10-digit number.
