I have been trying for a minimum of 6 months now to get the account owner name on my account updated because I had a legal name change. Not only does Verizon not care one bit, but they go out of their way to show me they do not care. I’ve been to the corporate office store near me, didn’t work. I’ve been to regular stores near me, didn’t work. I’ve tried chatting and calling with representatives. They still send out emails to me with my old name anyways. They do not value their customers nor will they ever. It pains me that I still have a little bit to pay off on this phone but once I do I will never use their service again. Even if it means paying more money elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Verizon.
