As far as I know, if you want to do this type of account conversion, the department to call is Inside Sales. Did their contact number change, because this promo I received today has a different number (800.225.5499) than what's in my notes? Or maybe that's just for the promotion. And in case anyone's wondering, my budget still doesn't allow for the postpaid service, so thanks, but no thanks. 😐

Anyone? I'm still wondering if I'm correct in thinking you need to contact Inside Sales to go from postpaid to prepaid, or vice versa. My notes have the number for Inside Sales as 800-256-4646, which doesn't match what shows in my earlier post above. Just curious, because I'm here a lot and have seen the question about switching between the two sometimes.
