I had several photo albums created in the Verizon cloud to be able to find photos easier. I checked the app today and none of my albums are showing. Only "New Album" option. What happened to my albums? I had hundreds of photos from over the years organized. This is beyond frustrating.
We don't want you to lose any of your albums or pictures, and we'd like to help. Have you tried logging into the Verizon Cloud using another browser or device? If possible, can you try clearing your browsers cookies/cache?
