Contact Us impossible to access

I'm trying to access customer service and I cannot even access the chat. When I go to chat, on my logged in webpage, it asks me to sign it, and then brings me to a buggy website in the chat tab. When I go to schedule a call, the website loads fully in the background, however it is greyed out and has a spinning loading thing in front, leaving me unable to access anything. This is very frusutrating and I've been navigating around trying for about 25 minutes.
