How do i reach out to corporate? I seriously need help and calling in to reps and going into stores has been no help. I’ve been with Verizon over 12 years and you’d think they would want to help me but the only help i received was from a Verizon customer care rep fraudulently using my deceased fathers line on my account for his own personal use.! They keep shutting my phones off without telling me and making me pay 200 in reconnection fees. This i has been going on for over a year. Please, can someone please help me! @hans
