in August I signed up for Verizon. The promo was a free phone and a $250 Costco gift card for each product by Verizon. I signed up for a new phone and home Internet. I have not heard anything from Costco regarding the gift card or Verizon I was told they would contact me with a link. I was told it was going to be a free phone with a 36 month obligation and it appears I am paying for my phone. I have contacted Verizon and I have had a horrible experience. Nobody knows what they’re are doing, Verizon is grifting people with the promise of a free phone, I’ve been contacting Verizon 2x per month for at least 1-2 hours per call without resolution. My bill fluctuates monthly, the latest bill 102.00 for 1 line, they refuse to credit for the “free” phone promo from Costco, I have dealing with this issue since September. Has anyone else had this problem? I am beyond frustrated!
