After 7 years I'm moving on. Bought a new phone not through Verizon. Trying to set it up with Verizon led to hours on the phone with 7 different people, my entire account getting locked, and while talking to the final person connecting the new phone to a different provider entirely online in about 10 minutes without any issues. I got a better price and better service, should have left a long time ago.
