I have been trying to talk to a human for 2 days now, I activated my service which was a hassle, only to not get my number ported, tossed around to 8 different people, 2 of which from tech support hung up on me, and another tried the "Bad reception" bit. My account can't be registered because it is locked, the AI on the phone send a link to another AI for chat, only to send me a pin to register my number, which obviously does not work because I'm going in circles with the prepaid department and I've had enough
Is this what Verizon has become? Seriously extremely disappointed. I have been nothing but nice to everyone I spoke with because I know the kind of unfortunate guestsd they deal with on a daily basis, but I have had enough with the prepay reps games and the 2 AI that take you in a vortex.
I want to be on postpaid, debt forgiven for the amount of frustration I have been thru only to lose my number and end up with a new one that I can't even access because the accounts locked, the AI assistant needs to be reprogrammed, both phone and chat and a real human needs to answer the phone before I'm sure others will take their business elsewhere.
