Decoupling OneVerizonID from home & Mobile

I've been having the same issues as multiple users on this board with the oneVerizon ID. I've been bounced back between internet and wireless teams whom surprise hasn't been able to unlink my IDs. I've tried on chat, on calls, multiple times... 

Can someone please help? The Fios account linked to my cell has been disconnected for over 2 years, which also means I've been trying to do this for over 2 years now and the account I need linked is sitting out there unlinked to anything. I have to muddle thru 5 different usernames password combos to get to the right login since I had to create a new set of logins in order to setup autopay.

We are sorry to read that you've been having issues with your account, as normally when an account is disconnected it can't be linked to an active account. Where are you seeing that the account is still linked? Are you registered as the account owner in My Verizon?
