Desktop Login - Unable to Sign In

I can log in to my MyVerizon account on my phone. I am trying to log on to my account using my desktop computer. I keep getting "Account Locked - Contact Customer Service." It wants my user name and password. When I try it says "Account Locked ...". Endless loop. Help.

Maybe you entered the incorrect login credentials too many times on your computer? If you get locked out, I've read you have to wait 24 hours before trying again.
