Device limit indicated I had to put a deposit down

Trying to switch to Verizon and take advantage of an offer for free phones with activation. After soft credit check, order shows a deposit is required. Is there a reconsideration team I can discuss this with to avoid the deposit requirement?

Hello dcwings25, we understand the importance of verifying all our options before proceeding with the order. We'd love to help become part of the Verizon family, however at this moment there is no reconsideration team available. Once the soft credit check is completed, the result of the deposit will be required for the next 50 days, until we're eligible to rerun a new credit check and possibly get a different result.
