Verizon is still refusing to unlock a device that I had on my account for the required 60 days. I paid bill on time, had the device activated on account for 60 days, used the device and still being denied. I keep calling the fraud department and they keep denying my appeal. Not sure what else to do.
*I planned on using device with another carrier.
*I won device from Verizon back they had Verizon Up last year.
*Device is Motorola Ace 5G

You'll have to try filing a complaint with the FCC. However, from what I've read in the forums, you will still have to provide plenty of evidence proving you are the rightful owner of the phone before a SIM lock appeal will be successful. This problem seems to occur with Verizon phones purchased somewhere other than Verizon, or else it's some kind of glitch.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
