Earlier this year we transferred all of our phones to T-mobile, but left one with Verizon. Now, the phone that we left with Verizon we cannot access, but we are still paying a monthly bill and can still use this phone. It is a Verizon Wireless Home Phone and all we want to do upgrade it and keep it with Verizon. We go in circles because we have to log into the disconnected accounts and cannot do anything even though we still have a phone with them. We've called customer service as well and keep getting the run around as well. Can someone please help us or guide us in the right direction on how to gain access to our account again.

Hello ajefferis, we're sorry to hear the majority of your lines left. We appreciate you for remaining a Verizon customer, and would love to bring you the assistance you deserve. When the registered "account owner" line gets disconnected, you'll need to complete a new registration with the remaining line to take its place. I've attached a link to help you through the steps of registering here: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-17492/ . Please give this a try and let us know if you were successful in accessing your online account.
~Brian
