Heya how do I know if my friends phone has been disconnected or not due to lack of payment? they like 5000 miles away and i cant get hold of her. If I call her what will it say or happen if I call her ?

If you call a disconnected phone number, you'll get a robovoice telling you the number is disconnected or not in service.
It rang 4 times and went to voice mail so guessing that means it isn't disconnected
