Error Transferring Phone Number

Transferring a number from my dads account to be under my own. Go transfer is accepted, I choose create new account and get the following error when accepting the terms and conditions:

Tried on Edge, Chrome and Firefox, cleared cache and cookies on each. Same result everytime.

specifically when I try to press View terms and conditions on the Review your estimated monthly cost section which looks to be the last section.
