I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor for AN ENTIRE MONTH about a stolen iPad. I have a recording that Verizon should be ecstatic to hear (I live in a one party state). When I informed the rep that I had recorded what he told me, he hung up. I need a call from a higher up now. But like you guys always say, thank you for being loyal to Verizon for 15 years. For what?? To get a runaround and no solution?

You can't get Verizon to blacklist the stolen iPad? As for any payments/outstanding balances due on the iPad in question, don't know what to tell you about that.
As for recording conversations, not every state is a one-party state where that's concerned, and a good part of the call centers are outsourced overseas. Even if some of the reps are in the US, they're not necessarily in the same state, so it's a very dicey situation...
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
