it is not clear how to provide feedback on customer service reps through the Verizon website so I am posting here in order to praise the exceptional support I received yesterday from two technical support agents, Paul and Danielle. I was having the absolute worst day after having dealt with connectivity issues with my new Apple Watch and receiving little help from Apple. Paul and Danielle worked with me to not only fix the problem but also be flexible around my busy schedule. Paul even called me back when I had to step away to pick up my son from school, and Danielle was the first person to clearly explain how the Apple Watch’s cellular connectivity works - something Apple’s Genius Bar failed to do. Unfortunately, I was not given any surveys after our interactions to provide this feedback so I am sharing it here in the hope that they get recognition for their outstanding service.
