Experience with verizon customer service

I requested a transfer of line from my husband's mobile account to my mobile account 2 weeks back. I have spent more than 8 hours over multiple days to follow up with verizon support without any concrete resolution. There is no proactive communication. One agent connects to the other and other connects to some other and it goes on and on. There is no action. It's extremely frustrating inspite of being a verizon customer for 14 years.
