I ran into a problem with taking advantage of a promotion to bring my wife's phone over from visible onto my plan.
I spent 3 hours on a Friday dealing with this and got dropped even after signing the deal which wound up with me paying less!
Another 3 hours on Tuesday where it was FIXED - but the FREE deal ended up costing more than what I was paying for her phone on Visible.
Wednesday - another 2 hours trying to resolve this - bounced around - and then was transferred to Angela (PACT) with no explanation as to what I was supposed to do with her or how she could help. So - I repeated my problem for the umpteeth time - and she was AMAZING... Understood what happened and worked to fix it. Probably took 45 min in total - - but she - and Jerald from Loyalty who she brought in to help - figured it out and got me the promotion I was promised on Friday!! The two of them were amazing.
From someone who for many years referred to service at VzW as the Disney customer service experience of Wireless - brought back my faith in the company that was seriously damaged by the 7 hours of wasted time!
PLEASE get this to their managers!!!!!
