My Fios service is completely out. Everytime I message or call I get a new repair time. Tired of this. Going on day 3. My power didn't go out, so no reason for service to go down. Did the app thing to get it working, had a service person send several signals, nothing. Now my ONT box not lit at all. They are saying it's a group outage. First a technician was coming today at 12:30, no one came. Then it would be fixed by 4:30am tomorrow, now moved to 9:30am. Need Internet to work from home. Have used my phone hotspot. I expect to be reimbursed for everything including phone data from Verizon Wireless.

Update. Thankfully the dispatcher for my area answered the last of my several calls to support #. Set me up with a great tech same day that found my ONT box was old and blown out and I required a new Fios One box also. Thank you to both of them! Service is restored.
