Hello,
I called in to have a new device go thorough the troubleshooting process, it had issues as soon as I received it. This time it was froze for a day. I’m never off work in time to go into store so I had no choice but to call tech support. Unfortunately they could not trouble shoot the device because it was frozen, so their option was to replace it under warranty. I don’t know if they did something wrong but the order triggered a fraud alert. We received an email the next day after the order was placed to take action. We followed the prompts & got nowhere. We called in & that further triggered a suspicious call alert & all of our lines were suspended. No explanation. No help. I have disabled & sick family members. Doctors need to contact us etc. This is totally unacceptable when there are people who actually commit fraud getting away with it! I’m gonna take my services elsewhere, but I will be fighting this matter!!!
