Fraud Alert & Lines SUSPENDED!!!

Hello, 

I called in to have a new device go thorough the troubleshooting process, it had issues as soon as I received it. This time it was froze for a day. Iโ€™m never off work in time to go into store so I had no choice but to call tech support. Unfortunately they could not trouble shoot the device because it was frozen, so their option was to replace it under warranty. I donโ€™t know if they did something wrong but the order triggered a fraud alert. We received an email the next day after the order was placed to take action. We followed the prompts & got nowhere. We called in & that further triggered a suspicious call alert & all of our lines were suspended. No explanation. No help. I have disabled & sick family members. Doctors need to contact us etc. This is totally unacceptable when there are people who actually commit fraud getting away with it! Iโ€™m gonna take my services elsewhere, but I will be fighting this matter!!!
