So I ordered a phone yesterday I'm a new customer. They sent me an email to verify my identity. I follow every step. I show them my ID front and back took a photo of my face and submitted it now I woke up this morning and got an notice that it was being canceled because they couldn't verify my identity so I called down there. I say is there any way I can come in person verify it or is there another way? We can't disclose any information to you and I ask him how long it's gonna take for them to give me my money back, cause I paid already is Friday so I might not get there till Monday so you took my money you didn't allow me to verify any other way and you want me to wait till Monday to get my money it's ridiculous and you guys need to do better because if you couldn't verify my identity and you should've took my money to begin with it's literally that simple
