Fraud hold

Hello I am having problems as well with verizon fraud team I had to go in-store to get my phone due to the fraud team claiming they cannot  verify my ID with my drivers license however went to a store they released the hold and I was able to get a phone a couple of days later I decided I wanted to order a new watch to go with my phone since I only have the apple watch and the new phone is a samsung so I try to place online order on hold again by the fraud team went to the the store I ordered the watch they sent me the watch the store rep said the watch would be activated when it comes in mail so I'm tracking the order on the my verizon app it says on hold however they sent me tracking information  and I currently have the watch on but it's not activated  and on the my verizon app it says my order was canceled  but I don't see how if I'm wearing the watch so I called to get it activated they say they can't activated  until I speak with fraud team spoke with them they sent an email for me to send my driver license this is like the 6th time I did this and I haven't heard back watch still not activated just using it through bluetooth verizon  really need to fix this if you go in store and the store reps verify who you are then everything should be fine it shouldn't be this hard to get a phone
