I am writing on here because I want to make everyone aware of a fraud issue that started on 12/6/24 and finally ended 1/17/25 but with no follow-up from Verizon except a standard generic letter. If anyone gets a call from Mike or Randy from the supposed fraud dept., be suspicious. I eventually contacted the regular customer service folks which fixed my charge but never followed up to let me know the legitimacy of what took place nor provide me with the credit I was promised by this “Mike” for all the trouble I experienced along with a call from his supervisor Randy Johnson or information on the person using my account for purchases as I was promised by this “Mike”. I got a generic letter stating there was “unusual activity” on customer accounts but to this day, no contact as to who this person is who represents Verizon fraud dept., all the different numbers that were used, or my promise of getting the refund. I was even sent something to have to send back to VZ without a reason I could logically understand only to then have to fight a battle of the fact it supposedly never made it to Verizon but then had the charge taken off. I am a 23 year customer and am looking at other options.
