Good Afternoon and On-Going Challenge with the Return of a Verizon Phone.
I was just in a phone conversation with Joe M., one of your customer service representatives. He was doing some research for me on the problem of me not getting a refund for a phone I returned previously.
And suddenly the Verizon chat line went dead and your site told me I had to log onto the Verizon page again.
Can you please have Joe M. or another representative contact me ASAP so we can finish our conversation.

I would send a private message (PM) to @vzw_customer_support - use the envelope icon at the top right to do it, or I think if you click the linked username in this post, it will take you to that user's profile and you can use the "send message" button.
