Latasha was an extreme delight in her customer service. She exceeded all my expectations in helping me with my new phone. After selling me on the loyalty promotion she offerd me her contact information so she could help me set it up after I received at my home. She was so professional, polite, and very patient with me even when it wasn't going well in the process. I had sim card protection and a VPN on my phone. She called me back after waiting out the delay after turning off the sim card protection. Then we discovered I had a VPN on my phone that I wasn't aware of so she mentioned, since she couldn"t see the phone to go to a Verizon store to continue the process because they could see the VPN I have. She put a $30 credit on my account because that would be the charge the stores charge to transfer everything on the new phone from the old phone. I did that and it works great.
