Have not received my phone

I been getting the worst customer service for the past 2 weeks and still nothing is resolved. I still have not received my phone but you took my money. And then send me a bill. At this point give me my money back and I will go elsewhere.  2 weeks of ridiculousness proves you do not honor your commitment.
