How do I contact corporate customer relations about an experience?

Verizon Located in: Countryside Mall

Address: 27001 US Hwy 19 N #2036, Clearwater, FL 33761

This place is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I was misled about a supposed “free phone upgrade” that was actually a monthly payment plan, with a bill nearly double what I was told. When I tried to resolve the issue, the employee Nick was rude, dismissive, and blamed me instead of helping. He even told me to “call Verizon and get some third world country person to help, good luck!” I said OK can I contact your manager? Nick said sure, call that number over there with a sign that said the number 813-***-****.

The manager of this store whom I called at 813-***-**** was just as bad—hung up on me, accused me of being rude to staff, and ignored what really happened. The manager of the store told me, "we don't have to help you" and hung up the phone on me. I was talking to him calmly the same way that I was with Nick. I said, how can we fix this problem? I am pregnant, and instead of support, I was met with hostility and unnecessary stress. I found out that as soon as I left, the employee Nick immediately twisted the situation, falsely claiming I yelled at him, and got his coworkers to back up the lie so he can get away with how he treated me and also not having to fix the errors on my account.

This store is extremely dishonest. Once I signed up for one of their so-called deals, I saw how carefully they’ve set things up to get rid of me instead of taking any responsibility.  There are now 4 people, including a manager claiming I was yelling at store employees so they don't have to fix any of the problems they created for my account. The manager was the most rude of all. He told me, "we don't have to help you," and hung up the phone on me.

Joe and another woman from Cellular Sales (the franchise subcontractor that operates the Verizon-branded stores) called me. Their fake concern came across as extremely obnoxious—especially compared to the so-called “third world people” they mocked, which is what they call actual Verizon employees. Those Verizon reps spent two hours on the phone with me patiently fixing all of my account issues and applying a new promotion to my 36-month phone payment plan.

Meanwhile, Joe and his colleague kept subtly mocking what I said, making comments they thought were clever but were anything but. Cellular Sales' idea of resolving the situation was to offer me a $100 gift card for phone accessories—as if that somehow makes up for one of their store employees, including a manager, misleading and abusing a pregnant woman to the point of making me and my baby sick. On top of that making up the claim that I was asked to leave the store due to yelling at employees.

The message from Cellular Sales seems to be: if I lose my baby due to the stress they caused, that’s worth about the same as a couple of phone cases. Their company culture is deeply disturbing.

I've had a similar experience with Verizon employees lying to me about the new customer promotion. The criminal half-assed the job and disabled my wife's phone for 2 days.
