Looking for a little guidance:
As everyone already knows, Verizon is actively engaged in countless atrocities and criminal activities. I am one of the millions that have been victimized and exploited by Verizon. Since their customer service is the worst in the industry and ripping off customers is built right into their culture, I haven't had much success in getting support.
So I got on the BBB. They have an F rating with 1.1 stars and countless thousands of complaints for similar reasons. As I am filing complaints and seeking criminal punishment for some of the crimes they are committing, I learned that the BBB only handles consumer complaints. Does this mean I need to file a separate complaint for each topic? There are a lot of topics covering several wrong doings.
Then I started reaching out to the FCC and the FTC. It's the same setup. It appears that every crime/wrong doing they are actively committing requires a separate complaint. I have already wasted countless frustrating hours of my life begging Verizon to stop ripping me of and exploiting my family's personal. I just want them to stop robbing and exploiting me and my fellow consumers. Problem with that is considering the multiple lawsuits and criminal referrals, the countless bad reviews and complaints, being blackballed by government agencies and corporations, etc. I'm not sure how far my voice will carry. Like how do you expose a shady business that is already exposed?
Any ideas? Should I just go ahead and take the time to file all the criminal and consumer complaints? In hindsight I could have exposed them to the whole world in a lot less time that it has taken me to get absolutely nowhere.
Thanks,
-J
