How to move 3 of us off an employee family plan

Hello. 3 of us would like to transfer from my daughter's Verizon employee family plan to our own. She says she has already authorized me as an account manager and done an AOL request. But I can’t get anywhere in the ap or online without getting continued messages that she has to  contact Verizon. I’m in the queue for a callback tomorrow. What are steps I can try today to get this done??
