Hi I wanted to know how to get help removing a fraud alert on my credit application number to add a line to my current account its been a hassle then Verizon gives the excuse saying we are unable to validate your identity and not even giving an explination on why they never asked any questions they just automatically say we can't verify your identity which is stupid and bad customer service they are not a helpful department!!!!
