When you login to My Verizon, does the URL say "guest" in it anywhere, or are you getting a message saying something like "You'll get the full Account Owner experience when [something] is active"?  If either of these is true, then what happened was you got a guest account instead of an actual one.  Usually this is caused by registering on My Verizon a bit too soon, before the system has refreshed to show you are a customer.

Despite any messages indicating otherwise, you cannot link any services to a guest account and must create a new one.  You can do this either by using the create new account link in the My Verizon login page, or try this alternate link:

https://secure.verizon.com/accessmanager/public/c/reg/start

-------------
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Thank you for joining the Verizon family! We wanted to provide you with support creating your online profile. Please be on the lookout for a Private Note from us offering assistance.
