I got a letter from Verizon saying I haven't used the line/s I recently activated...and saying Verizon may disconnect service...?

I got a letter from Verizon today saying:

"Thank you for choosing Verizon Wireless. Our records show you have not used the line/s you recently activated. We want to ensure you are not experiencing any difficulties and intended not to use this device for this period. May we assist you? We may disconnect service for unused lines. Please contact us at 866-451-1237 at your earliest convenience."

If the 'line/s' is referring to my newly upgraded Galaxy S25, I've been using it, so I have absolutely no idea why I have gotten this letter.

I thought this was fraud at first, but the account number shown in the letter matches exactly with the account number on my online bill.

Edit: The sender's address is, 'P.O. Box 408, Newark, NJ 07101-0408'

Hello josephyhu1, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. If you're actively using this line/device, we want to make this reflect on our end. We'll be sending you a Private Note, please reply there once you become available.
