Hello,
I just upgraded my Fios service from 300mb to 1gig now when I log into my account, I can’t view my current and past bills. I get a message that tells me my account is disconnected.
I can’t take advantage of the mobile +home discount because I get a message that informs me that my account is not in good standing.
Please help!
