I'm Receiving someone else's bill and correspondence

For month's now I have been receiving emails from Verizon which are related to another person's account.  Verizon has not fixed this issue.  I have visibility into personal confidential information of another customer.  I called and was told that I must speak with the fraud department.  They assured me that my account is safe, so I don't need to worry.  I don't think they  understand that the other person should very much be worried.

Maybe you can identify the other person and contact them to alert them of the issue.  They must have the wrong email address on their account and maybe they can correct it themselves or at least open their own troubleshooting ticket to resolve the issue.

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...

Thanks for the idea.  I have done that.  I've talked with him and he too has complained to VZW.  I believe he is getting the documents and correspondence also.  I don't know how Verizon hasn't already taken care of this.  Seems like a lack of privacy.  VZW has one goal, get your money.  Once that happens, they don't want to spend any manpower with non-revenue generating work, even if the problem is the result of VZW errors.
