I still can't redeem my Verizon Dollars

As with many others I am still unable to redeem my Verizon Dollars.
I posted back in December and I had someone comment on my post.  Verizon reached out to them, but not to me. Why? And I am not able to post a reply.  An error message displays "Sorry, either you cannot reply to this topic or you have not verified your email address by clicking on the verification email we sent you".  I have received 3 emails from Verizon Community about receiving badges, nothing else. I can't find a way to get an email verification sent either.
So, another annoying thing.

The gist here -
I had cell service directly with Verizon for 29 years. I have had the Verizon Visa for a few years. I switched to Visible for my cell service, which is technically Verizon. I switched to Verizon for Fios. I am a Verizon customer.  Both services are on autopay with the Verizon Visa. I can't access to redeem on the mobile app, it only displays "Please wait..."  I try to access the rewards online, when I am logged into my account I go to: https://www.verizon.com/my-access-rewards/ as was previously instructed by Customer Support a few times.   I select "See offers" and get the same error as always "Looks like Something went wrong. We encountered and error while processing your request. Please wait a few minutes and try again later"

It doesn't change for me. I want to apply my Verizon Dollars to my bill.  Why is this so hard? Why is this a long-standing problem? I think that I have been patient enough waiting to see if/when it will work.
I'm to the point that I want to get rid of Verizon as my provider and get rid of the credit card. What good is something when you can't access or use your earned benefits?
I'm not going to call anymore, it's a waste of time. Chat is no better. A customer should not have to spend hours with customer service for an issue that has been going on for a few years looking at all of the other posts.
