I was charged for equipment that was returned

I returned all equipment to Verizon and have the confirmation that it was received however I was charged for the equipment!!!

We never want you to be charged for something that you have returned and we are here to help. What type of equipment was returned and how long ago was the return received? What type of charge are you seeing for the equipment?

  • They did the same to me. Verizon has tried to charge me more than once for their errors. I have had to call them over and over again to avoid bogus charges for hundreds of dollars.
