I've had the picture of this in my account under my phone's description for as long as I've been a Verizon customer. Is this because my phone is (former) carrier unlocked and not purchased through Verizon? Does this happen for people who bought a Verizon phone through some other source too? It's been there for so long, probably ought to read, "We're sorry. Your phone's not worthy."
