I've had the picture of this in my account under my phone's description for as long as I've been a Verizon customer. Is this because my phone is (former) carrier unlocked and not purchased through Verizon? Does this happen for people who bought a Verizon phone through some other source too? It's been there for so long, probably ought to read, "We're sorry. Your phone's not worthy." 😜
Permanently being "fixed up"?

Great question, SynthpopAddict. Devices not purchased directly at Verizon won't have device images within My Verizon. Please rest assured that there's nothing wrong with your device, as this is working as expected with unlocked devices purchased elsewhere. We hope this helps.🙂

Thanks for the reply Izzy, it's appreciated. Verizon should just remove the picture icon if no pictures will appear for phones purchased elsewhere.
