My name is Dinorka , and I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had with one of your store managers, Steve from store located in 499-43 Sunrise Hwy. in Patchogue NY.
I visited the store because my phone wouldn’t turn on, and I needed help. Unfortunately, instead of offering real support, Steve only quoted company policy and said the issue wouldn’t have happened if I had chosen a more expensive plan. The only options he gave me were to buy a new phone or use an old one I already owned. I left feeling frustrated and unsupported.
However, I’m happy to say the issue was later resolved with the help of Sandeep from your customer service team. Sandeep not only helped me get my phone working again but also made me feel like a valued customer. His professionalism and care were a great contrast to my earlier experience.
I hope you can look into this matter and ensure that all employees provide the same level of respect and support that Sandeep did.
