Hi,
I purchased an Iphone 14 Pro outright from Verizon store with no service so that I could use it with a Verizon business account for the company I work for. That was over a year ago and phone is still locked by Verizon. Have requested multiple times to have the phone unlocked with no success. I recently moved to a personal prepaid Verizon account and phone is still locked. Spent 22 hours between Verizon business and prepaid department's Tier 2 trying to get my phone unlocked. Two different Tier 2 Verizon representatives (Prepaid department) said it would be unlocked in 3-5 business days. Another Tier 2 representative in Verizon Business said it would be unlocked in 24 hours.
Please help as I'm getting ready to file a complain with FCC.
