Just switched to verizon what was i thinking

I recently switched to verizon from AT&T.    This is the biggest mistake I've made pertaining to cell phone carriers.  First, the customer service is absolutely horrific.  Maybe its because AT&T had outstanding customer service and each representative was very knowledgeable and sincerely cared about concerns and addsessing problems.  It seems every verizon rep is reading the same script and lack any real support to provide.  The automated system is an absolute mess.   I have 20 days to send me old phone in to recieve my rebate but at this point, im seriously considering switching back.   The coverage is also very less than impressive.  Mediocre is putting it generous especially for a $90 plan with supposedly the best 5g.  Speed tests are terrible.   I take accountability for not doing enough due diligence before making the switch and commitment.  Im not sure if it's too late to cancel and send in the samsung galaxy s25 ultra and just stick with my s23 ultra.     Customer service should be the t ip of the spear, so to speak, for their customers being we rely and depend on them for assistance.  I've read how bad they were even going four years back.  But again...I should have done my proper homework.  Not im stuck and not sure what to do
