I have never dealt with a company this disconnected from their consumers in my life. You guys are worse than health insurance companies. The chat techs aren’t trained enough to know how to do their job and the phone techs don’t really care about doing their job. I should not have had to talk to 6 people in one day and still not have my issue resolved. Verizon took almost a thousand dollars out of my bank account several days before my payment is due and refused to reverse the transaction. Instead of refunding the money I’m being told i need a pin to be authenticated even though since the very first day the account was made inactive (you guys were so bad i switched to t-mobile who are only slightly better) I’ve verified myself with Verizon through my email. But when i need a near thousand dollar payment refunded the only way to access the account now is with a pin that I’ve never known and i don’t have the ability to change because we are locked out of our accounts once we disconnect the lines. I should not have had to go to my bank and have them stop and reverse the transaction but i did. Their customer service was an A++ compared to your F. Do better and spend more time training these kids.
