As I was looking, I seen if I added a new line to my plan, I would receive a free apple iPhone 16e. If I add this line, can I remove my other line without messing up this promo?

Great question lawmayy15. Disconnecting another line on your account should not impact your offer. However, keep in mind that the number will be lost and if there are any balances on that line for a device payment, it will be charged on your next bill.

As long as you don't make any changes to the new line at all (you cannot swap out the device or change the phone number on the new line), it won't mess up the promotion.
