Hello Verizon,
Why would your company punish long-term customers to not allow us to take part in your most current WONDERFUL offer/plan because we live in a small town that you currently allow us to pay for your service but won't allow us to go to your new plan? We have been loyal Verizon customers for over 16+ years and were with Alltel (which VZW purchased) for 10 years, so basically, we have been loyal customer almost 27 years.
Per your website and TV commercials you offer the Unlimited 3yr no price increases AND also offer the four phones we have to use two $1000 trade-ins and two $800 trad-ins for us to all get new phones. I try to do so, but your website won't allow it. I call and speak to a VZW rep and am told your company WILL NOT honor this because of where we chose to move. We chose to move out of the city to a small town that VZW considers permanent roaming due to no towers. We already pay for your 5G premium unlimited service at a $300 a month rate, yet we only get 4G slow service because of where we chose to move. We don't mind the slower service so much, but we absolutely are heart-broken that you won't allow us the same deal you advertise. It is a great deal for our family and would make us feel like VZW cares about us. We would get 4 new top of the line phones and keep our other options we currently have.
Your Verizon add states: " With myPlan, new & existing customers always get the same phone offers now & when you upgrade."
Why can't you take care of us like you do everyone else? Why would you force use to have to choose to leave VZW after all of these years?
Please earnestly reply and let us know whom at VZW we can talk to so we can get the same courtesy you give other CURRENT customers, even your NEW customers.
Thank you,
The Griffin family

We certainly do not wish for you to leave and we would like another chance to review your account. A private note has been sent so that you can respond.
